The lead time of production :
A. For samples, 3-5 days working days door to door by air.
B. For stocks, within 7days can be shipped to loading port.
C. For mass production, it takes 25-35days for production. More 7-10days if custom

● Mix ingredients, mix all kinds of raw materials in the mixer
● Melting (1650 c) : the raw material with good match is heated at high temperature to form uniform bubble-free glass liquid
● Forming (600 c) : cut the molten glass into molds
● Blow bottle: a solid product in shape
● Annealing: send the shaped glass bottle to the annealing machine for annealing (the temperature that can be touched by human hands).
